PLATELET RICH PLASMA & PLATELET RICH FIBRIN

PRP and PRF, commonly referred to as “liquid gold”, are treatments that use the body’s own healing processes to rejuvenate the skin and promote new cell growth. They are both autologous therapies that use a patient’s own blood to promote healing. The main difference between them is in their preparation methods: PRP is a blood component with concentrated platelets, while PRF is a more advanced version that also includes fibrin, white bloods cells, and growth factors, resulting in a thicker and more bioactive substance.

Both PRP and PRF offer amazing benefits to the body including skin rejuvenation, natural facial volume restoration, lifting darkness under the eyes, stimulating hair growth, diminishing scarring, and encouraging the body’s production of collagen.

Treatments

Facial Injections: PRP/PRF is strategically injected into areas of the face to stimulate collagen, tighten the skin, improve texture, and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Microneedling with PRP: Microneedling creates micro injuries to the skin to promote the body’s natural healing response and stimulate collagen. The addition of PRP allows PRP to penetrate deeply into the skin, stimulating the skin tissue to repair itself on a deeper level for a more refined result.

Topical Skin Treatment: PRP/PRF can be used topically to treat scar reduction, wound healing, sun damage, and various skin conditions.

Scar Treatment: PRP/PRF is injected or microneedled to diminish the appearance of scarring from acne, injuries, stretch marks, or surgical procedures.

Hair Restoration: PRF is injected into the scalp to stimulate hair growth.

Sexual Wellness Shots: PRP injections are used to maximize sexual pleasure. Read more here: Sexual Wellness

Frequently Asked Questions

How is PRP/PRF created?

During treatment, our skilled medical providers will draw blood from your arm. The small vial of blood will be placed and spun in a centrifuge to separate the red blood cells from the plasma. This concentrates the platelet count giving you “liquid gold”. This can then be used topically or injected into the skin for treatment.
