PA-C. Aesthetic Injector

Eric is a certified Physician Assistant/Associate, who brings a wealth of experience to the WAW Team. Graduating with honors from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas for his graduate medical training and The University of Texas at Austin with his Bachelor of Science, Eric’s commitment to excellence in medical aesthetics is evident through his extensive academic and medical training. Before specializing in aesthetics, Eric garnered valuable experience as an Internal Medicine PA in the challenging hospital setting, where he adeptly managed acutely ill patients. This background has provided him with a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for patient care and safety.

Over the past five years, he has honed his expertise in the aesthetic industry as a proficient and experienced medical injector, assisting countless clients in achieving their desired aesthetic enhancements. As an aesthetic provider, Eric’s primary goal is to deliver safe and natural-looking aesthetic outcomes that instill a sense of confidence in his patients. His comprehensive graduate medical training and experience with medical patients have cultivated a profound understanding of the intricacies of human anatomy and physiology. Trisha Skinner

BSN, RN. Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Trish is a Registered Nurse and experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector with a passion for delivering natural, refined results. She graduated cum laude from Concordia University of Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has been a full-time nurse injector for over 6 years.
Prior to nursing, Trish earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Nutrition Science from Indiana University and spent 14 years in medical sales and marketing. While that experience sharpened her communication skills and understanding of patient needs, she ultimately chose to change careers to pursue her true passion for aesthetics and hands-on patient care.
Trish is known for her artistic eye, attention to detail, and personalized approach. She takes the time to truly understand each client’s goals and designs customized treatment plans to enhance their natural features—not change them. Her philosophy centers on subtle, balanced results that leave clients looking refreshed, confident, and never “overdone.”
With an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy and the aging process, Trish strives to help patients look and feel their absolute best while aging gracefully.
Outside of the treatment room, you’ll find Trish running Lady Bird Lake with her golden retriever, June, riding her horse Adele at the horse barn, or enjoying a well-crafted cocktail and great food around Austin.

Robert P. Wills, MD

Medical Director & Founder

Dr. Wills was raised in Lexington, Kentucky before moving to Texas and attending The University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with a BA in Zoology with honors. He then attended medical school at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, where he met his wife Danielle, and ultimately graduated with several academic and leadership honors.

Following medical school, Dr. Wills performed a general surgery internship and residency at Parkland Hospital in Dallas. He then completed his residency in anesthesiology at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington, where he served as Chief Resident in 1996. After residency, he and Danielle returned to Austin with their two daughters, where Dr. Wills has been a full-time board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management physician in private practice for the past 20 years. 

When opening Westlake Aesthetics and Wellness, Dr. Wills main goal was to create a wellness oasis, focusing on a functional medicine approach to healing and wellness. 

 

Ameriss Padilla

Medical Assistant

 

Ameriss is one of our Certified Medical Assistants, who earned her degree at Southern Career Institute. She has always had an open heart and passion for helping others. She continues doing so within our practice with every patient. Ameriss enjoys partnering with each patient along their wellness or aesthetic treatment journey. Ameriss has always been able to see the unique beauty in others and finds purpose in helping assist our patients in seeing that unique beauty within themselves. She finds the Medical Aesthetics and Wellness specialty especially rewarding because of how dramatically it can improve not only how a patient looks, but also how they feel. Ameriss is constantly on the move both at work and in her personal life. She loves hanging with her friends out at the lake during the summer. She has a big family and enjoys spending as much time with them as possible.
