Hyperdilute Radiesse For Skin Renewal

Hyperdilute Radiesse. Smooth, Firm, and Renew Crepey Skin.

Westlake Aesthetics & Wellness is proud to introduce hyperdilute Radiesse, a collagen-stimulating treatment designed specifically for crepey, thinning skin on the face, neck, and chest. By diluting Radiesse’s proven formula, our injectors can treat these delicate areas with a lighter, more spreadable solution that improves skin quality and firmness from the inside out, without adding unwanted volume.

RADIESSE targets facial volume loss and can restore skin thickness for those taking GLP-1s.

What Is Hyperdilute Radiesse?

Hyperdilute Radiesse takes the same trusted calcium hydroxylapatite technology used in facial Radiesse and dilutes it with sterile saline to create a lighter, more fluid consistency. Instead of adding structured volume the way filler does elsewhere on the face, this diluted formula spreads evenly through the skin’s surface layers to stimulate collagen and elastin production, gradually improving crepiness, texture, and firmness over the following weeks and months.

This technique is currently FDA-approved for treating wrinkles of the décolleté in patients 22 and older, making it the first biostimulator in the U.S. cleared for both face and body.

Treatment Areas

  • Décolleté (chest): smooth crepey texture and wrinkles across the chest (FDA-approved indication)
  • Neck: firm and refine thinning, crepey neck skin
  • Face: support skin quality and firmness where crepiness first tends to show

What to Expect

Hyperdilute Radiesse is a gradual, biostimulatory treatment, not an overnight transformation. Most patients start noticing improved skin firmness and texture within 4 to 8 weeks, with the full collagen-building benefit developing over 3 to 6 months. A series of sessions, spaced several weeks apart, is typically recommended to reach your desired result, and your Westlake provider will design a custom protocol around your goals.

Why Patients Are Choosing Hyperdilute Radiesse at Westlake

  • Made for crepey skin specifically. This isn’t a volumizing treatment. It’s designed to rebuild the collagen and elastin that keep skin from looking thin and crepey in the first place.
  • Collagen that keeps working. Results continue to build for months after treatment as your own collagen regenerates.
  • Minimal downtime. Most patients resume daily activities right away.
  • Physician-guided and fully customized. Your treatment plan, including dilution ratio, technique, and treatment areas, is built specifically for your skin and goals, with full transparency about on-label versus off-label use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Crepey skin looks thin, finely wrinkled, and loose, similar to crepe paper. It happens as collagen and elastin naturally decline with age, along with sun exposure and volume loss underneath the skin. The face, neck, and chest are especially prone to it because the skin there is thinner to begin with.

Radiesse’s diluted formula is FDA-approved specifically for treating wrinkles of the décolleté.

Regular Radiesse is used at full strength to add structural volume in areas like the cheeks or jawline. Hyperdilute Radiesse is mixed with saline to create a much lighter solution that spreads through the skin’s surface layers to stimulate collagen, without adding bulk or volume. It’s a skin quality treatment, not a volumizing one.

Most patients see their best results from a series of 2 to 3 sessions, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, though your provider will build a plan specific to your skin and goals.

Hyperdilute Radiesse is focused on texture and firmness rather than pigment or sun damage. If discoloration is also a concern, we can pair this treatment with a complementary option like a laser or peel to address both.

Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have active skin infections in the treatment area, or have a known allergy to any component of Radiesse should not be treated. Your provider will review your full medical history at your consultation to confirm candidacy.

Most patients tolerate the treatment well, especially since Radiesse can be mixed with lidocaine. Mild soreness, redness, or bruising at the injection sites is common and usually resolves within a few days. Most people are back to their normal routine the same day.
