How are peptides administered?
Peptides are self-administered via subcutaneous injections with a small insulin needle, which are provided to all peptide patients. Nurse Ashley will provide guidance on injection technique at your peptide appointment in office.
How often are peptides administered?
Each peptide and each patient will have their own individualized plan for dosage and frequency of injections. Specific instructions will be provided to you at your in-office appointment with Nurse Ashley.
How long before patients start feeling the benefits of peptides?
Depending on the peptide, patients can start enjoying the benefits of peptides fairly soon after treatments begin. Some patients see positive changes in sleep and energy within the first week. While other peptide benefits become apparent within a few weeks.

Ashley Wilson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 16 years in healthcare. She partners with patients to establish the best care plan for the best results. Today, Ashley’s practice sits at the intersection of aesthetics, wellness, metabolic health, hormone optimization, and longevity — including GLP-1 therapies, peptides, hormone replacement, testosterone optimization, and bioidentical hormone pellet therapy.
